24 Hour Travel Service
Geraci Travel provides a cost free 24 hour emergency after hour service to accommodate requests outside our normal business hours and provides you with reservation coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The 24 hour service desk agents are able to access the records you have booked with Geraci Travel, for information only, make changes or to accommodate ticketing. In addition, the reservations booked will be queued to Geraci Travel. Any Geraci Travel Corporate client with a profile may book a reservation. Calls for information and or booking a reservation are free and ticketing service fees will follow our normal fee schedule.

- Complete after-hours call-in reservation service — directly linked to our reservation system.
- Executive Electronic Voice Messaging — allows customers to use a toll-free number to leave messages that can be retrieved by family or business colleagues.
- Airport Delay Advisory — By dialing a toll-free number, you can receive automated reports on airport delays 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The reports are updated every 6 hours or as needed you are guaranteed the most current and accurate information available.
- Lost Luggage Control
- Lost Credit Card Alert – Detailed credit card information is recorded in the customer’s profile. If the card is lost or stolen, one toll-free call to our number will notify the credit card companies and request duplicates.
- Vital Document Registry
- Language Interpreter Service — Whenever your travelers encounter a language barrier that relates to their travel or personal welfare, they can receive an accurate interpretation by telephone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in 143 languages and dialects from anywhere in the world.
