24-Hour Emergency After-Hour Service.
Geraci Travel provides: 24-Hour Emergency After Hour Service to accommodate requests outside our normal business hours and provides you with reservation coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The 24 hour service desk agents are able to access the records you have booked with Geraci Travel, for information only, make changes or to accommodate ticketing. In addition, the reservations booked will be queued to Geraci Travel. Any Geraci Travel Corporate client with a profile may book a reservation. Calls for information and or booking a reservation are free and ticketing service fees will follow our normal fee schedule.
